The EB-5 Program, created by the United States of America Congress in 1990, is set to stimulate the USA economy through job creation and capital investment by foreign investors. 

Under the scope of the EB-5 program, investors may qualify for EB-5 classification by investing through regional centers designated by the United States of America Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) based on proposals for promoting economic growth.

REQUIREMENTS

1) Investment in a commercial enterprise in the United States of America, and

2) Creation or preservation of 10 permanent full-time jobs for the United States workers, and

3) Meet one of the investment options below:

A) GENERAL INVESTMENT OPTION

The minimum qualifying investment in the United States is $1,800,000

B) TARGETED EMPLOYMENT AREA

The minimum qualifying investment either within a high-unemployment area or rural area in the United States is $900,000.

LAWFUL PERMANENT RESIDENCY (GREEN CARD)

Investors and their family members who meet the selection requirements obtain the lawful permanent resident status of the United States of America.

CITIZENSHIP REQUIREMENTS

Investors and their family members who maintain their primary residences in the United States of America and have lived in the country for 5 (five) as lawful permanent residents are eligible to apply for the United States of America citizenship.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must have no criminal record.
