The EB-5 Program, created by the United States of America Congress in 1990, is set to stimulate the USA economy through job creation and capital investment by foreign investors.

Applicants are expected to;

i) invest in a business in the United States, and

ii) create or preserve minimum 10 full-time jobs in the United States.

The minimum qualifying investment in the United States is $1,800,000.

The minimum qualifying investment either within a high-unemployment area or rural area in the United States is $900,000.

i) No education, work experience, and net worth requirement,

ii) Basic communication skills in English,

iii) Must have a permanent, valid job offer from a USA employer.

The EB-3 program enables the USA Employers, with a full-time, permanent and validated job offer in entry-level occupations to petition for foreigners and their families granting of permanent residence in the United States of America.
